1. Acceptance of terms

By using kynexsolutions.com, edu.kynexsolutions.com or any Kynex Solutions product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Description of service

Kynex Solutions provides software development services and SaaS products including but not limited to: school management software (KynexEdu), point-of-sale software (Kynex POS), AI chatbot development (KynexAI), and custom web and mobile development.

3. Subscription and payments

SaaS products are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Custom projects are invoiced on milestones as defined in the project proposal. Late payments may incur a 1.5% per month service charge.

4. Use of services

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use the service for illegal gambling, illegal financial transactions, or anything prohibited under Pakistani law.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data. For custom development projects, you receive full ownership of the delivered code upon final payment. Our SaaS products (KynexEdu, Kynex POS, KynexAI) remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use during your subscription.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on our SaaS products. Service-credit terms for downtime are described in the individual product SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance and typically scheduled outside business hours.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data; after that, data is permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those required by Pakistani consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
